- For eight years, I had a son with special needs and medical issues. Two years ago, I decided to end all medical treatment and put him on hospice. Four days later, he died. This blog explores our life together, and how I prepared for his death. I tried to give him a good death, hence the name of this blog. Other issues about refusing medical treatment, end of life care, hospice issues, and the reality of living with and caring for loved ones with severe disablities and medical issues will also be part of this blog.
